Spellingtime.com Helps Students Practice for Weekly Spelling Tests

Spelling_time Here's a great website called Spelling Time that I just found that promises to "change your child's attitude about spelling."  Designed for students in grades 1-5, the site says that it will give students "the confidence they require to succeed in school."  Pretty tall order for a website to fill, but this one appears to have the state-of-the-art tools to meet the challenge.

Your student can either practice with general, grade appropriate words, or you can enter the week's spelling words which will then become the subject of the practice lesson and games.

The website is a lot more fun for students than flash cards.
