Spring Branch Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) Meeting to be Held on September 8, 2008 Featuring SBISD's Special Education Director, Deb Darmer

The Spring Branch Special Education Parent Advisory Committee (SEPAC) has announced its meeting schedule for 2008-2009.  Click on the image below for more information.  The first meeting will take place on September 8, 2009, at 7:00p, at the District's Administration Building located at 955 Campbell (Room 275).  Future meetings are on November 10, 2008, January 12, 2009, March 9, 2009, and May 11, 2009.  All meetings are at 7:00p at the Administration Building.

From the meeting notice:

SEPAC was created to provide an opportunity for parents and educators to meet to discuss special education issues.  The organization functions as a resource network by maintaining an effective district-wide communications network, providing training sessions, parent sharing meetings and by sharing information on upcoming events and other matters of interest.

SEPAC is the proud sponsor of the “Ray of Light Award”, an award given to district personnel who have touched the life of a special education student.
We welcome all parents, educators and community members to our monthly meetings.

• Our meetings are informative and casual.  Everyone is welcome.  If you would like to do more you could serve as a SEPAC Campus Representative to provide a link between SEPAC, parents, and faculty for your school campus
• We encourage communication between parents, and school personnel about questions, issues or information regarding disabilities or special education services or process
