As part of the Conn. DMV's contest for high schools students to develop a video public service announcement, DMV is showcasing five videos as possible runners up. A panel of judges has already selected three other videos as top winners. DMV is encouraging the public to vote for a favorite runner-up video that best represents a clear message about teen safe driving. These sentiments, along with DMV officials judgment on impact, originality and cinematic style, will help to determine the number of runners up. This poll is designed as a fun and unique way to generate interest in a very important topic – teen safe driving.
